City completes project to document historic resources in North Salem!

In the fall of 2024, the City completed efforts to survey the historic buildings, structures, landscapes and objects of the Mack Park Neighborhood in North Salem. With help from preservation consultant, Lisa Mausolf, the project culminated in 100 historic resources documented on inventory forms. These forms include current photographs, historic images, architectural descriptions and historic significance statements. The project was partially funded by a Survey & Planning Grant from the Massachusetts Historical Commission.
